Shop terms and conditions
IDPURE éditions offers its own online bookstore. Thanks to this service, we offer the customer the possibility of purchasing the books published by IDPURE éditions. The following general conditions determine the participation between IDPURE editions as a direct seller and the customer.
User account and registration
Customers may order with or without registering a user account. When registering a user account, the participant is required to enter his or her full post address, as well as their email address, without limitation. Should the customer be ordering without registering a user account, this information must be given at the time of purchase.
When you place an order, we send you an email with a receipt confirming your order and listing the details. All data collected in the context of your order is stored in our local database for accounting purposes.

Delivery and returns​
The ordered items are sent to the address given directly by the customer. The customer bears the cost of shipping.
Your order will be processed immediately. In some special cases delivery may take adequately longer than initially suggested. In the case of delays you will be informed. Delivery times can not be guaranteed.
Should the customer find the items damaged upon unboxing, even if the wrapping material is not damaged, he/she must place a complaint, including written documentation of the damages, with the delivery company within two working days of receiving the delivery. The customer must hand over this factual report upon request. Any claims against the delivery company are not touched upon in these terms.

Pricing and payment options
All prices are given in CHF (Swiss francs) and include the legally compulsory sales tax.

The items offered our bookshop may be paid via credit card or PayPal to the account of the payment service commissioned by IDPURE éditions.

Shipping costs are not included in the individual prices. The declared shipping rate will be charged additionally by the individual vendor for shipping the item. The shipping costs are calculated in the case of mixed VAT rates according to the proportion of the taxed turnover of the respective VAT in accordance with Swiss tax law.

In the case of deliveries to addresses in non-EU countries (beside Switzerland) additional import costs may accrue (customs, VAT, handling costs). These vary according to legal requirements in the country of delivery as well as by the weight and value of the shipment.
Customs clearance and payment of taxes in the country of delivery for all shipments is always a matter of the customer and recipient of the goods respectively.
